Some things that I use for imoproving relationship with prospects are
like:-


  • Focus more on listening than on talking. Small work-from-home
    companies particularly need to focus on customer relations because they don't
    have the advertising and exposure that larger firms do.



  • Pay attention to how you greet your peospects. Particularly on the
    telephone, your tone of voice makes about 80% of the impression on the customer.



  • Use the customer's name as soon as you hear it. Empathize with the
    customers, understand their concern, and let them know you care. Let that come
    from your heart.
